Gary Dyhouse, P.E.
Gary is a private consultant in hydrology and hydraulics, formerly
with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District for most
of his career, serving as Chief of Hydrologic Engineering for the
District. He has performed and directed many major studies
in open channel hydraulics, watershed hydrology, frequency
analysis, hydraulic design and sedimentation.

Jennifer Hatchett, engineering training specialist at Haestad Methods, holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Prior to joining Haestad Methods, Mrs. Hatchett worked as a Water Resources engineer at an ENR Ranked Top 50 Design Firm. She performed and managed several floodplain and floodwater studies for FEMA and was the project engineer responsible for performing steady-state backwater calculations for existing and proposed conditions for bridge replacement and widenings using HEC-RAS.
