Reggie Rowe, P.E.
Reggie has over 26 years of experience with CH2M HILL and
currently serves as their Global Technology Leader for
Combined and Sanitary Sewer Systems. His work focuses on
developing strategies for utilities to comply with the SSO rule
and asset management principles. He has served on an
Evironmental Protection Agency and Water Environment
Federation CMOM workshop team. He also served as AMSA’s
alternate to the EPA’s SSO Subcommittee to the Urban Wet
Weather Federal Advisory Committee from 1994 to 1999.

Nicole Beckom, P.E.
Nicole is an Account Manager for Bentley Systems. In her five
years as Director of Continuing Education for Haestad products,
she coordinated training programs and provided instruction
for thousands of professionals in cities across the U.S. and
internationally. She holds a B.S. from Florida State University and
an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University
of Alabama, Birmingham. Previously, Nicole was employed in the
water resources group of an ENR Ranked Top 50 Design Firm.
Nicole is a member of ASCE and AWWA.

Thomas Walski, Ph.D., P.E.
Tom is a Product Manager for Bentley Systems and the most
highly recognized instructor of Water Distribution Modeling in the
world today. He has written four authoritative books and more
than 40 peer review journal papers on this subject.
Tom brings a great deal of practical experience to his teaching,
having served in water and wastewater system planning,
operations, design and management positions during his career.
