Jennifer Hatchett, P.E.
Jennifer, an Account Manager for Bentley Systems, holds
a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
Prior to joining Bentley Systems, she worked as a Water
Resources engineer at an ENR Ranked Top 50 Design
Firm where she was involved in a variety of sanitary sewer,
stormwater, and floodplain projects. In addition to working with
government agencies, she teaches multiple hydraulic modeling
classes to students around the world.

Kristen Dietrich
As the Geospatial Training Manager for Bentley Institute, Kristen
plans and coordinates training for geospatial and other Haestad
products. For over five years, she has provided water resources
software training to engineering professionals. She has also served
as a technical writer and editor for Haestad Press, where
she was involved with engineering textbook development.
Prior to joining Bentley Systems, Kristen worked as a project
engineer for a consulting firm where she specialized in water
distribution, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems.

Gary Dyhouse, P.E.
Gary is a private consultant in hydrology and hydraulics, formerly
with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District for most
of his career, serving as Chief of Hydrologic Engineering for the
District. He has performed and directed many major studies
in open channel hydraulics, watershed hydrology, frequency
analysis, hydraulic design and sedimentation.

Michael Glazner
Mr. Glazner is a member of the management team at Bentley
Institute and has personally instructed over 2,800 civil
engineering professionals in stormwater hydrology and detention
pond modeling. He has authored numerous water resources
papers that he presented at various ASCE and EWRI conferences.
For the past 18 years, Michael has been actively involved
in the development of software, publications, and training for
the field of civil engineering water resources.
